If you are interested in beginning therapy services at Power Play and will be seeking insurance reimbursement, you should first call your insurance carrier to determine what your out-of-network benefits are for therapy services. Power Play is a fee-for-service therapy center and does not participate in any insurance plans. Also, ask your insurance carrier if you need a doctor’s prescription for the evaluation and treatment.

After the initial phone consultation, we will send you an information packet that contains registration information, therapy center policies and our fee schedule. We ask that you bring the completed information, and any other pertinent documentation, with you on your first visit to Power Play.
